Fees
A one off fee is chargeable for initial site visit / meeting / telephone calls / review of planning history / advice and planning strategy to adopt in writing. Fees will then be quoted for applications / appeals / objections / planning appraisal which will be determined by the size of development, level and complexity of the work and the location of the site relative to PDS office locations.
